Kid Adventures is located at the Hillsboro-Deering Elementary School. Details as Follows:

What is Kid Adventures?: Kid Adventures is a 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Program with funding through fees, community contributions, fundraising, and local grants.

After School Programs: There is growing evidence that quality  before and afterschool activities matter with children. Children enrolled in nurturing before and  afterschool programs develop interests and skills that stay with them throughout  their lives, promoting lifelong success. 
Kid Adventures provides a safe and secure environment where children can learn  positive social skills, improve their  academic skills and explore new interests  while having fun.

What Does Kid Adventures Have for Activities?: Kid Adventures produces a variety of educational, physical, and creative activities! Kid Adventures also has an great variety of enrichment activties – such as:

Registration and Enrollment – During the school year, if a family is interested in enrolling into Kid Adventures Before and Afterschool they can email Cathy Bennett for information. We will add the child(ren) to the waiting list if we are at capacity. Once we have room in the Before or Afterschool Program we will move forward with the Registration form. Before and Afterschool Program Registration Details – 
Contacts/Pick Up Permissions– In the registration it asks for two Parent/Guardian contact information spots, and two additonal contacts for our records in case we need to contact someone for a earlier pick up or have questions. If this changes at any time we are able to adjust the pick up permissions and contacts. 
Days Needed- You will see on the registration form that there are multiple choices for the days desired for your child(ren) to attend. You will be able to select Monday thru Friday for both AM and PM. 
Medical and Allergies- We ask if you child(ren) have any medical or allergies, that you provide that information. We need this information in case of emergency and want to be able to ensure we are ontop of the information. 
Surveys/Pictures/Contact with the School- We ask permission to either take photos, do surveys, or contact the school. In this part of the registration it explains more in detail why we need the permissions. 
Agreement of Payment- In the registration we have a couple options of payment. We have the following; Pay in Full, Free Rate, Reduced Rate, Multi-Child, HDSD Staff, Military, and Scholarships are Avaible upon request of the Director. With some of these options it may be requested to provide verification (Free/Reduced Lunch Rates)

Student’s regular fee + $4.00 additional fee

Quiet Activities: 6:30 AM – 7:15 AM
Enrichment with Groups: 7:20 AM – 8:00 AM
Groups Return to Cafe: 8:00 AM – 8:10 AM
Breakfast/Quiet Time – 8:10 AM – 8:20 AM
Head to Class – 8:20 AM
